Zoya Nastaskin, DPT

Two decades of clinical physical therapy in Philadelphia. The doctor who tells other doctors how documentation actually works.

Zoya brings the clinical authority to OpenDesq. She practiced as a Doctor of Physical Therapy at General Medical and Rehab Associates in Philadelphia for more than twenty years before turning her attention to the business side of medicine. She holds Pennsylvania PT license PT-017122 and a Direct Access Authorization (DAPT-001360). Her mission at OpenDesq is the same one that anchored her clinical years: write documentation that protects the clinician, get paid for it, and free up the hours that practices lose to administrative friction.

Amer Gulraiz

Founded OpenDesq in 2016 and grew it from a single-client side practice to a full-service medical-billing firm.

Amer holds an MBA from the Lahore University of Management Sciences and brings two decades of operating discipline from outside healthcare. He runs the service-delivery side of OpenDesq: the coder roster, the technology stack, the daily claim cycle, and the partnerships with AdvancedMD, Office Ally, Tebra, and PatientPop that move work from chart to payment.
